Professor Fabian Ajogwu, OFR, SAN, FCArb, is a distinguished legal professional, academic, and thought leader. He is the President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) and a Professor of Corporate Governance at Lagos Business School. Professor Ajogwu holds a doctorate in law from the University of Aberdeen, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a law degree from the University of Nigeria and the University of Lagos. He is an alumnus of both Said Business School at Oxford University and Lagos Business School.

He serves on the Governing Council of Pan-Atlantic University and the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and the London Court of International Arbitration.
With a wealth of experience in high-profile cases, Professor Ajogwu has represented governments and corporations in energy, telecommunications, finance, and policy matters. He has authored numerous influential books, including Corporate Governance in Nigeria and Commercial Arbitration in Nigeria, and co-authored works with notable legal scholars.
