His expertise also covers advising local and international clients on regulatory and transactional matters involving energy infrastructure, gas supply and transportation, private equity, and telecommunications.
Mr. Dodo has contributed significantly to Nigeria’s legal development and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. He has held key public and private sector roles, including Chairman of the Nigerian Lottery Regulatory Commission and the Governing Council of NAPTIP. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Seplat Energy Plc and is a member of the Taraba State Judicial Service Commission.
